Founded by Laura Marino in Las Vegas, Cito Disco was born from a simple belief: language learning should be natural, cultural, and joyful — not a chore.
Where "cito disco" became our mission
In Latin, cito disco means "I learn fast, quickly, within a short time." For Laura Marino, it became more than a name — it became a promise.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pisa with a degree in Cultural Heritage, Laura spent 8 years teaching Latin, Italian, and French at some of Las Vegas's most respected educational institutions. But the traditional methods left her unsatisfied.
She knew there was a better way — a method that used the brain's natural affinity for stories, culture, and conversation. A method that made language learning feel less like studying and more like exploring.
Cito Disco was the result. Today, it serves students across Las Vegas and around the world, united by a love of language, culture, and the belief that everyone can learn fast — cito disco.

Laura Marino
Laura is the heart of Cito Disco. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Heritage from the University of Pisa. As an educator, meeting the needs of the clientele is her main goal. Laura taught Latin, Italian, and French at Founders Classical Academy of Las Vegas for four years, and Latin and Italian at the College of Southern Nevada for another four years. During these years, Laura constantly explored new teaching methods for world language instruction. Most of Laura's clients become very close friends and stay in touch. Laura enjoys traveling, visiting museums, art, and begins every single day with cappuccino!
Annalisa
Annalisa assists Laura directly from Milano, Italy. She holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Milan IULM. You will listen to her pleasant voice as you immerse into the Italian language. She works and lives in Milan and enjoys hiking, nature, and ski touring. Annalisa shares all her adventures in the duration of the course through videos live from Italy. Like most Italians, she is passionate about food and savoring different flavors.
Ruth
Ruth is the education specialist with a Master Degree in Education, major in English Language Acquisition and Development from Sierra Nevada University. She has taught in schools while living in many countries, but Las Vegas is home to her. Ruth teaches middle school, enjoys singing, dancing, speaking in different languages, traveling — and she brings all of these into her teaching practice.
